Rent Review Increase Notice templates let you automatically populate tenant-specific rent review data using merge fields. Once the template is created, it becomes available to send after completing a rent review for a tenancy.


Creating a Rent Review Increase Notice Template

  1. Navigate to Settings > Communications > Templates.

  2. Click the Forms and Agreements tab.

  3. Click Create Form/Agreement Template.

  4. Enter a descriptive title.

  5. Toggle headers and footers as required.

  6. Click Merge Fields (top right of the editor) to insert dynamic data. Select from categories including contacts, properties/areas, and rent review details.

  7. Insert merge fields where you want the specific data to appear in the template.

Finalising and Sending the Notice

  1. Use Preview to verify accuracy before saving.

  2. Click Save to store the template.

  3. To send the notice: complete a rent review for the relevant tenancy. Once complete, the option to send this template becomes available.
