After calculating rent adjustments in Re-Leased, the Review Correspondence screen lets you prepare, customise, and send notices to tenants — either individually or in bulk.
Preparing Correspondence
Tick the relevant boxes to attach Rent Adjustment Details to the tenant's correspondence.
Verify that any adjustment invoices or credit notes are included in the attachments column.
Including Forms and Agreement Templates
Navigate to Settings > Communications > Templates and select your preferred template.
Navigate to Settings > Review Types and assign a Forms & Agreement template to the relevant rent review types.
Customising Email Correspondence
Find the default Rent Review Completed Master template under Settings > Templates.
To use it across different review types, select and adjust as needed.
To create a customised version, make a copy of the template and modify it to your requirements.
Updating Contact Delivery Preferences
By default, correspondence is sent to the Primary & Account contact. You can exclude contacts by unticking their delivery method checkbox, or update contact details if the delivery is set to Download only due to missing information.
