Effective Paid to Date for Tenancies

How to enable and use Effective Paid to Date for tenancies in Re-Leased — shows the latest date rent is paid to including partial payments, displayed on tenancy summary, rent and outgoings, history, and the Detailed Commercial Owner Statement.

Effective Paid to Date shows the latest date up to which a tenant's rent payments are considered current, including both full and partial payments. Enable this feature to see it displayed across tenancy screens and owner statements.


Enabling Effective Paid to Date

  1. Navigate to Settings > Manage Companies.

  2. Scroll to the Optional Features section.

  3. Toggle Effective Paid to Date to Yes.

Note: Enabling this feature does not retroactively populate historical data. The date will begin appearing after the feature is enabled and subsequent payments are processed.


Where to Find Effective Paid to Date

  • Detailed Commercial Owner Statement — other statement formats do not include this field.

  • Tenancy > Summary — snapshot view of the tenant's payment status.

  • Tenancy > Rent & Outgoings — detailed financial records.

  • Tenancy History — record of transactions and changes.

  • Tenancy Preview — quick overview of key tenancy details.
