You can share documents with tenants through the Tenant App — either for a specific tenancy or for all tenants at a property.
Sharing a Document with Specific Tenants
When uploading a new document or editing an existing one, locate the option Share with Tenants in Tenant App?
Tick this option to share the document with the tenants associated with that tenancy.
Save your changes.
Sharing a Document with All Tenants at a Property
When uploading or editing a property document, look for the option Share with all Tenants in Tenant App?
Select this option to make the document available to every tenant at that property.
Save your changes.
Note: If you choose to share with all tenants, you cannot also assign the document to a specific tenancy — it will be shared with all tenancies at the property.
