The Rent Reviews tab in a tenancy shows all upcoming, future, and completed rent reviews — giving you a clear view of scheduled changes and historical records.
Accessing Rent Reviews
Open the tenancy from the Property or the Tenancies tab.
Click Rent Reviews from the left-hand menu.
Understanding the Rent Reviews Page
The page is divided into three sections:
Next Rent Review — the upcoming review that has not yet been completed.
Future Rent Reviews — all reviews scheduled after the next one, useful for long-term planning and tenant negotiations.
Completed Rent Reviews — historical data of all reviews conducted to date.
