Understanding the Rent Review Hub

How to use the Rent Review Hub in Re-Leased — access all upcoming, active, future, and completed rent reviews in one place, filter by status, and perform single or multiple rent reviews from the central Hub.

The Rent Review Hub is your central location for managing all rent reviews across your portfolio. Access it to filter upcoming, active, future, and completed reviews, and to perform single or bulk rent reviews.

Note: The button was formerly labelled "Bulk Rent Review" — Bulk Rent Reviews are now accessed from within the Rent Review Hub.


Accessing the Rent Review Hub

  1. Navigate to Property Management.

  2. Click Rent Reviews.

Navigating the Hub

  • Filter by status to identify overdue reviews and more.

  • View information for individual reviews or an aggregate of all rent reviews.

  • Perform and manage single or multiple rent reviews directly from the Hub.

Performing Single or Multiple Rent Reviews

  1. Tick the checkbox next to the relevant lease/tenancy.

  2. Click Perform Rent Review to launch the Bulk Rent Review workflow.


This process handles single or multiple reviews. For one-off reviews, you can also initiate directly from the Tenancy/Lease record.


In North America, "Tenancies" are referred to as "Leases" and "Terms & Breaks" as "Terms & Options". For more information, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
