Property Compliance in Re-Leased lets you track, manage, and report on compliance requirements for your properties — from creating individual records to using templates for bulk creation.
Creating a Single Compliance Record
Navigate to Property Management > Compliance, or to the Compliance tab within a specific Property record.
Click + Create Compliance.
Fill in the compliance type, checklist items, and required documents.
Attach relevant documents if needed.
Click Save.
Creating a Compliance Type
Navigate to Settings > General > Compliance Types.
Click + Create.
Enter the type name and click Save.
Creating a Compliance Template
Templates are reusable and let you pre-define required checklist items and documents for consistent compliance creation across properties.
From the Compliance Hub, open the overflow menu on the right and select Compliance Templates.
Click + Create Template.
Enter a name, compliance type, checklist items, and required documents.
Save the template.
Creating Multiple Compliances from Templates
Open the property record and go to the Compliance tab.
Click + Create Compliance > Create Bulk Compliance.
Select the templates to apply.
The system auto-populates fields from each template — adjust individual records as needed.
Save each compliance record.
