How to use Property Compliance in Re-Leased — create individual compliance records, define compliance types, build reusable compliance templates, and use bulk creation to apply multiple templates to a property at once.

Property Compliance in Re-Leased lets you track, manage, and report on compliance requirements for your properties — from creating individual records to using templates for bulk creation.


Creating a Single Compliance Record

  1. Navigate to Property Management > Compliance, or to the Compliance tab within a specific Property record.

  2. Click + Create Compliance.

  3. Fill in the compliance type, checklist items, and required documents.

  4. Attach relevant documents if needed.

  5. Click Save.


Creating a Compliance Type

  1. Navigate to Settings > General > Compliance Types.

  2. Click + Create.

  3. Enter the type name and click Save.


Creating a Compliance Template

Templates are reusable and let you pre-define required checklist items and documents for consistent compliance creation across properties.

  1. From the Compliance Hub, open the overflow menu on the right and select Compliance Templates.

  2. Click + Create Template.

  3. Enter a name, compliance type, checklist items, and required documents.

  4. Save the template.


Creating Multiple Compliances from Templates

  1. Open the property record and go to the Compliance tab.

  2. Click + Create Compliance > Create Bulk Compliance.

  3. Select the templates to apply.

  4. The system auto-populates fields from each template — adjust individual records as needed.

  5. Save each compliance record.
