Credia Extract: Compliances

Use Credia Extract to bulk import compliance records into Re-Leased from PDF certificates or a CSV file. Credia auto-fills the compliance fields for review. Requires Credia Plus subscription.

Credia Extract: Compliances lets you bulk import compliance records into Re-Leased by uploading PDF certificates or a CSV file. Credia reads the documents and populates the compliance fields automatically, saving manual data entry.

This feature requires a Credia Plus subscription. To learn more, contact your Account Manager.



How to Access Credia Extract: Compliances

There are two ways to start:

  • Create with Credia button — available in the Compliance Hub for bulk uploads.

  • Property Management > Compliance > Add Compliance > Import Compliances.



Importing Compliance Records via PDF

  1. Select the company you want to upload compliance records for.

  2. Upload your PDF files — each file represents one compliance record.

  3. Credia processes each document. Once complete, each record shows as Ready for Review.

  4. Review and edit the following fields as needed:

Editable Fields

  • Compliance template.

  • Record name.

  • Type of compliance.

  • Associated property.

  • Assignee.

  • Expiry date.

  • Responsible party.

  • Areas.

  1. Use the document preview to verify the extracted details.

  2. Confirm the import and choose to mark the record as Compliant or Incomplete.

Note: A record can only be marked as compliant if all required prerequisites from the compliance template (such as tasks) have been fulfilled. See Compliance Templates and Types.



Importing Compliance Records via CSV

  1. Download the CSV template from the first step of the import screen.

  1. Prepare your CSV file using the template structure.

  2. Select your company and upload the CSV.

  3. The import tool validates your data.

  4. Fill in the compliance template, name, type, property, assignee, and expiry fields.

  5. Confirm the import.

Important: Your CSV must match the structure of the provided template exactly. Review the template carefully and prepare your data before uploading.
