This article covers the field mapping between Sage Intacct and Re-Leased for contacts, AR/AP invoices, credit notes, Order Entry/Purchasing transactions, and line item dimensions.


Customers/Vendors to Contacts

Customer/Vendor ID + Name maps to Name; Name maps to Correspondence Name in Re-Leased.

Primary Contact details map as: First Name → First Name, Last Name → Last Name, Email Address → Email, Primary Phone → Telephone, Mobile Phone → Mobile, Fax → Fax.

Shipping address uses the Ship-To Contact if populated, otherwise the Primary Contact. Billing address uses the Bill-To Contact if populated, otherwise the Primary Contact. Address Line 1 → Postal/Street Address; Address Line 2 → Suburb; City → Town/City; State → Region/State; Zip → Post/Zip Code; Country → Country.


AR Invoices → Income Invoices

Invoice Number, GL Date (Issue Date or Due Date based on setting), Invoice Date → Issue Date, Due Date → Due Date, Customer → To (Contact), Reference Number → Reference.


AP Invoices → Expense Invoices

Bill Number → Invoice Number, Payment Priority → Payment Priority, GL Date, Invoice Date → Issue Date, Due Date → Due Date, Vendor → From (Contact), Reference Number → Reference.


AR/AP Adjustments → Credit Notes

Adjustment Number → Invoice Number, Date → Issue Date, Due Date → Due Date, Customer/Vendor → To/From (Contact), Reference Number → Reference.


Order Entry/Purchasing Invoices

Transaction Type + Document Number → Invoice Number, GL Date, Transaction Definition/Type → OE/PO Transaction Definition, Invoice Date → Issue Date, Due Date → Due Date, Customer/Vendor → To/From (Contact), Reference Number → Reference.

OE-specific fields: Revenue Recognition Template, Rev Rec Start/End Dates, and the Source Sales Order Document Number also sync.


Line Items

For AR/AP: Memo → Description, Account → Account, Transaction Amount → Unit Price, Tax Detail → Tax Type.

For Order Entry/Purchasing: Memo → Description, Item ID → Account, Quantity → Quantity, Price → Unit Price.


Line Dimensions → Tracking Categories

The following Intacct line-level dimensions sync to Re-Leased as Tracking Categories: Department, Location, Project, Customer, Employee, Item, Class, Contract, Task, Warehouse, Vendor/Supplier.
