Performing a Sync Between Sage Intacct and Re-Leased

How to perform a manual sync between Sage Intacct and Re-Leased — initiate from the flag icon or Sync Results page, monitor progress via the spinning circle, and interpret blue, orange, and red sync status flags.

You can trigger a manual sync between Sage Intacct and Re-Leased at any time from the sync icon or the Sync Results page.



How to Initiate a Manual Sync

  1. Click the flag icon next to the search bar and select Start Sync.

  2. Alternatively, navigate to the Sync Results Page and click Sync.

A spinning circle appears next to the search bar while the sync is in progress. Click it to view which entities are currently syncing.

Understanding Sync Status Flags

  • Blue flag — sync completed successfully with no errors.

  • Orange flag (replaces spinning wheel) — sync encountered an error but is still in progress. Click the error message in the dropdown to address the issue while the sync continues.

  • Red flag — sync has finished but there are errors requiring attention.



Resolving Sync Errors

  1. Click View sync results to navigate to the Sync Results page.

  2. Review the listed errors — most can be corrected or unlinked directly from this page.
